The water supply is essential to guarantee the sanitary conditions required in any health facility. But in the areas where motherhood is being built it is not a fact that is given as something usual, on the contrary.
In this project we focus on issues that are fundamental and that from our perspective of wealthy society we give for achieved. However, the reality of the areas where the KASSUMAY FOUNDATION develops its collaborations is radically different from the one we enjoy in our homes.
For this reason, a solid tower has been erected that is crowned by a tank intended to contain the water that will be necessary to guarantee the supply to motherhood. A pressure pump will raise the water from a well to the tank at the top of the tower and from there by fall it will reach the taps with enough force.
The water tower, built in the same maternity enclosure, is one of the key elements in this project aimed at the care of maternal and child health.
